canon Sheehan's novels were translated into Hungarian by Viktor Cholnoky, Viltor Keresty and Lajos Cziklay. Arrangements for the translations were made by Alois von Kaszoni and the work of translation was promoted by the Hungarian Jesuits at the Jesuit College in Kalosca. The translations were:

This is a very encouraging sign of the future of liturgical music in Ireland. Great praise must go to the Pueri cantores, their choir directors and to Miss Ite O'Donovan, the president of the Irish Association.

It goes without saying that the College Chapel at Maynooth is a superb and glorious setting for the Mass.
