As the elected head of the Holy See, Francis will never successfully provide a non-bias ruling on the matter of the death penalty because his judgment is impaired by his perverted carnal love of his life time anti-Christ colleagues. His best interest is limited to saving the life of those that God has condemned to death for eternity.
