BTW about the "8 billion from 8 in 4400 years" part:
Since coding is part of my own career, I also made a program trying to confirm that statement.
And it turned out to be very plausible and accurate: one can easily simulate the growth of a population of around 8 billion people in around 4400 years, starting out from a family of just 8 members (4 males plus 4 females).

@Agatha James Thanks for insisting (you made me learn something new today!): I found this clip on X (twitter), and I just asked "grok" (the AI of X) for the name of the interviewee, and "grok" answered:
"The interviewee in the video is Ken Ham, founder of Answers in Genesis."
So I found this short description of him:
"Kenneth Alfred Ham (born 20 October 1951) is an Australian living in the United States. He is the founder, CEO, and former president of Answers in Genesis (AiG)."
