When voices are raised about problems within the traditionalist movement, the Latin Mass is not at all the most urgent concerns. There are countless more examples of antisemitism and other forms of extremism within the movement. And rarely do you see any of them bat an eye in the face of it. Traditionalists have also shown repeatedly that they are incapable of addressing these problems on their own, and in many cases are resistant to bringing their views into alignment with the Church. Why is it that outsiders are left to point out these problems within the traditionalist community? Where are their moral leaders who think with the mind of the Church? As far as I can tell, they don’t have any.

FemCatholic is a young liberal woman's Catholic publication, if liberal and Catholic don't devour each other in the thought process. Whether the title stands for feminist, feminine or female Catholic, is unclear. What is NOT unclear is that in today's political culture, identity politics and moral relativism are alive and well. This is apparent from the amount of times the reader comes across one or another form of the word "identity". "Social Justice" also makes an appearance. The short article interviews three women on the subject of abortion and their moving from views of Pro-Life to Pro-Choice.

During grad school, I spent a lot of time during volunteer hours having conversations with women who were in the most heartbreaking situations, and not always because of their own doing. I didn't realize until fairly recently that my experience volunteering at the pregnancy center is one of the things that helped me understand that abortion is not a black and white issue.

The definitive book being this one:- The Devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus by Fr John Croiset: "THE book on devotion to the Sacred Heart! Commissioned by Our Lord Himself through St. Margaret Mary and received, through her, His endorsement. Responsible for the early, rapid spread of the Sacred Heart devotion. @The Wandering Recluse Zoraya ter Beek's outlook, ie., "At that point, she said, she decided to die. “I was always very clear that if it doesn’t get better, I can’t do this anymore”, reminds me of Jack Nicholson's exasperated question to assembled patients at his psychiatrist's office: "Suppose this is "As Good as It Gets" (1997)
And this exchange as well:

Which brings us to the Synod on Synodality.
Behind the discussions over hot-button issues, there are competing understandings of development. Progressive voices see tradition as fluid, changing however it needs to in order to adapt to modern values.
Traditionalists, on the other hand, fear that any kind of change will be a rupture from the True Church of the past. From what’s been discussed, however, it’s clear that neither of these perspectives truly understands what the Church means by tradition, nor what Pope Francis is trying to do.
With this synod, Pope Francis has brought together people from all different perspectives and has asked them to listen to the Holy Spirit and listen to each other. At the end of this process, this group of bishops and laypeople will make specific recommendations to the Holy Father, who will ultimately have the final word.
We don’t know what Francis will eventually teach, but we do know that because his teaching is protected by the Holy Spirit,…More

It actually seems like a spin off of the protestant idea of personal interpretation of scripture. The Holy Spirit tells each individual how to interpret their scripture, much like The Holy Spirit influences everyone and tells everyone what needs to be contributed to the synod, and then Francis has a Holy Spirit moment and makes it what he had planned to do in the first place.

Maybe I misunderstood the video message, but three thoughts came to me. 1. No "private revelation" talks about "the end of the world" but "the end of an era". E.g. Fatima: After the Triumph, a "period of Peace" is promised.
2. "Outside the Church is no salvation." What is the Church? The Mystical Body of Christ. This Mystical Body does not completely coincide with the Roman Catholic Church. No one, except God, can determine exactly who belongs to the Mystical Body of Christ and who does not. (Saint Augustine: there are members of the R.C. Church who do not belong to the Mystical Body and there are those outside the R.C. Church who belong to the Mystical LBody of Christ)
3. The role of Mary in these end times is very clear and very well defined.

Amen, but we are still obliged to obey the Lord and what he says in his teachings in the old and new testament when it comes to us sinners and how to work for our conversion and to help others as well. I should have died 15 years ago, the Doctors did not want to do anything for me anymore. I did not ask our Lord to take away my pains and sufferings, nor to spare me and allow me to live more, etc. I only asked him for one of two things 1) If he was going to let me live to send one of his sons (a priest) so I could confess and receive his body, 2) If he was not to take me because I could no longer hold on because I had no more strength. Before all this, I had offered all my illnesses, pains and sufferings for the conversion and salvation of sinners, including my soul.
Many supernatural things happened during this time I was in the hospital. I had also seven consecutive dreams in which the lord gave me a mission each dream, he also showed me events that would happen in the world and that …More

Kennedy Hall shares an anecdote well worth the read or the listen : Although we do not have the biggest Catholic family around, we are certainly a sight to be seen in the childless secular world. Without fail, when we walk into a restaurant with our six children ranging from age eight to infant, the hostess’ expression is usually a mix of wonder, excitement, and dread. Anyone with a large family can relate: people sitting at the tables—especially the elderly—look fondly upon the brood of children as if an exotic animal has walked into the building. We often hear, “You must be busy!” or my favorite joking quip, “Are they all yours?” It was much the same as we waited for and approached our table.

@Liam Ronan It appears so, doesn't it? It is especially notable that the Biden administration is directly connected to China. If we keep in mind the huge weather balloon that was allowed to pass over our country, and that a group of Chinese soldiers were photographed in Canada a few years back, Canada has a huge Asian population so it would not be hard to blend in and no doubt Trudeau is pro-communism. it certainly appears to be a planned invasion from both borders and from within. It may explain the current war with Iran. If we need to put boots on the ground in that area, that weakens our strength in the homeland. Not a good thought considering the condition of our military.
